Manus Brothers' Shearing started in 2023 after Samuel and Isaiah Manus attended shearing school in Oklahoma. At first, we wanted to learn to shear to care for our own flock. However, we quickly realized the need for shearers in our local community.

Manus Brothers' Shearing specializes in small to medium flocks, most commonly at or under 100 head, in Northeast Kansas

We try to be as efficient as possible, but shearing is our part-time job, often during evenings after work and almost always on weekends. We have some outstanding help and customers that make our days a little easier, but because of our other commitments, we fill the calendar fast and are often scheduled a month or two in advance.

We are located in Tonganoxie, Kansas, and serve a large area around eastern Kansas and western Missouri.Â
We charge set-up fees depending on the distance we need to travel; contact us if you would like to learn more about our rates.
